Did You Know?

Did you know that Younique has some very unique characteristics?
No? Well, let me share some of them with you.

To begin with, we are an all naturally-based cosmetics and skin care company. In order to be approved to call yourself 'naturally-based' your products have to meet certain industry standards. We do. I'm going to show you how we have what you need. Just keep reading.

Younique  is one of the fastest growing direct sales companies, globally. They provide women the opportunity to realize their potential for personal growth and financial reward. When you join Younique, you join a family. A family committed to one another and celebrate each other's successes, encourage each other when we're feeling low, and validate each other in all that we are and all that we do and all that we feel.

Another fascinating detail about Younique is that they started a foundation. The Younique Foundation is a place for survivors of sexual abuse to go to retreats and receive support, are uplifted by other survivors, and learn strategies for individual healing. The Foundation also provides retreats for parents to educate them on how to educate their children about the dangers of sexual predators and how to identify them. This, in the hopes of creating a public discussion and bringing the number of assaults to zero.

So, now I'm going to sign off and leave a poster for you to see what our cosmetics company has and doesn't have.
I hope to hear from you soon. You can find me at Fabulously Younique, by Kelly on facebook.

Have a great day!

Are You Satisfied?

Hello all my lovelies!

Today I wanted to talk with you about product satisfaction.

I am learning that just because I'm in love with my products that I share, it doesn't mean everyone is or will be. Strange, huh? But, that's OK. My feelings don't get hurt.

I, personally, haven't had very many people come back to me and tell me they don't love the products they received from me. But I've had a couple.

There is something that every customer and Direct Sales Rep should know. All products (direct sales) have a guarantee.

Customers: If you've purchased a product, whether it be candles, makeup, food stuffs, cleaning products etc., if you're dissatisfied for any reason contact your representative right away! We can help you. Maybe you can get a refund, or product credit, or replacement for a defective product. The point is, if we don't know you're unhappy we can't help. We really would like the opportunity to make things right, before you tell your friends that our products aren't what we say they are.

Representatives: Follow up with your customers! (I'm particularly bad at this. I'm working on it.) However, prior to selling your product make sure your customer knows your company's guarantee policy, and that you WANT to hear from them if something isn't measuring up to their expectations. Make sure they know they aren't going to 'hurt your feelings' by telling you.

Where did this post come from?
Well, recently I reached out to some of the beauties that were at a home party I did in the Spring. One of those beauties told me she wasn't particularly happy with the products she'd purchased. I was disappointed to learn this of course and then did something that scared the crap out of me. I asked her if she'd be willing to get together with me and go over what was troubling her with the products she'd received. To my great surprise she said she would definitely like to do that! Big, I mean BIG sigh of relief. (My beauty, if you're reading this, THANK YOU! You gave me the kick in the pants that I needed to wrap my head around improving my customer service. You're awesome!) This particular incident was the inspiration for this post.

But there have been a couple of others who weren't exactly thrilled with what they'd purchased and when I did do the proper follow up they said that they were happy. So, when they came to me a few months later and told me that they weren't happy but didn't want to say anything for fear of 'hurting my feelings', I asked them if they'd have their feelings hurt if I told them I wasn't happy with a product they sold me that they hadn't made themselves. The answer was 'of course not. I didn't make it.' I said, "exactly." By the time they came to me our guarantee had run out.

My beautiful ladies, we can't help you if we don't know. We can't help our companies improve if you don't tell us what you don't like.

Believe me when I say that when my company comes out with a new product, I try it first. I won't sell a product I wouldn't use myself and love it.
For example, my company re-invented their most popular item, the mascara. They did this to stop counterfeiter's from selling what looked exactly like our mascara but was cheaper and made with chemical ingredients, which ours isn't. It was causing the company and in turn us direct sellers a lot of problems. So, they adjusted the formula and put it out again. I DID NOT like it! I refused to sell it until it was fixed. There were a lot of us reps that went to our company and let them know the product wasn't quite right. It is now and I'm thrilled with it and happy to pass it on to my customers.

The companies listen. If they don't they'll fold. So please, please as customers tell us when you're unhappy. Reps follow up with your people and make sure they are 100% happy with their products.

Have a fabulash day!

A Couple Things....

Hello!

I have to talk about a couple of things today.

First, Take Up Make Up University. I haven't started it yet. I tried to start on the scheduled day but had technical difficulties. Then the next day as I was trying to fix the issue I got really ill. I mean really ill. I'm just starting to come out of it and I am having an "I'm On The Mend" special. I will keep you posted as to when I will be able to start the classes. I thank you so very much for your patience! In case you're wondering about my special it is: Younique's BB Flawless Cream, their 3D Fiber Lash + Mascara, and a Lucrative Lip Gloss.  The BB Flawless comes in your shade, as does the Lip Gloss. This trio would normally add up to $100 but right now I'm offering it for $85 + taxes and shipping. It's a really good deal!

Second, Network Marketing. Yes, I'm going to briefly discuss this again. An acquaintance of mine had made a statement and I'm borrowing it. Read it all, it's short. "Network Marketing is a SCAM!" I don't recommend it to anyone, unless you want to make more money, meet more people, and have more time and freedom. I mean it is the BIGGEST SCAM out there. It can cause people to walk away from their 9-5 job, helps families spend more time together, and to holiday more often. I get to help other people do the same thing. WHAT A SCAM! Could it get any worse?! Let me know if you want info on the SCAM LIFE!"

This scam life really does suck. I hate that I get to set my own hours, be my own boss (sometimes I can be a real grump for me to deal with), talk to others about the opportunities that this scam life has afforded me, meet and make new friends, and get paid to play with make up! This Scam life gave me the opportunity to go back to college, too! Ugh, I hate my life.

Third, June Kudos. There's only 8 days left to get this incredible "Flawless Four"! What is it? Well, I'll tell you. For just $119 (CAD), $99 (USD), $129 (AUD), $135 (NZD), $1720 (MXN), 79 Pounds (UK), and 105 Euros (France, Germany, and Spain), you get: Glorious Face and Eye Primer, Touch Mineral Liquid Foundation, Touch Mineral Skin Perfecting Concealer, and the Liquid Foundation Brush.

You can order directly from my website. If, when you log in, the flag in the top right corner isn't your country's, just click on it and select your country. All products will then appear in your currency. All products are shipped direct to your door!

One of the best things I like is that we don't have be close (geographically) to be friends and share the products. I can be your Younique lady anywhere Younique products are sold. We can even party together via social media platforms!

If you'd like to reach me you can leave a comment here, or go to my website and use the email link or come to my fan page on Facebook at Fabulously Younique, by Kelly. (my website gets listed this way too.)

I am really looking forward to meeting you!
Fabulashly Yours,
Kelly

Just A Little Fun.

I thought today I would do 2 things.

First, I would let you know, if you don't already, that I've extended the Pretty Pampered Packages offer until May 30th, 2016 at 11:59 PM. The popularity of this promotion has simply blown me away! So, if you thought you'd missed out on this amazing opportunity, you haven't! Contact me on Facebook at Fabulously Younique, by Kelly or here at Lady Kelly's Younique to order yours today!

Second, I just wanted to have a little fun.

So here I'm going to give you a word search and I'd like you to play along in the comments below. With this word search game there just might be a prize attached to it, but I can't tell you that for sure. (Rules and regulations set forth by the company forbid publicly stating it.)

Also, I'd really appreciate those of you who are reading my blog, if you'd hit the 'follow' button. I promise you're not going to get spammed by me. I'm just not like that.
So, here's the word search and I look forward to reading your comments.
God Bless and Have a Fabulash Day!

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

Hello My Lovelies!

Well today I finally get to spill the beans!

I am starting a NEW private Facebook group called Take Up Make Up University! I am SO excited!

In this group I am going to show you how to use Younique's make up and tools, I'm going to share information about all of our products, including their ingredients, and I'm going to tell you why Younique is absolutely precious to me, and the best cosmetics and skin care company globally.

Now, I know you're thinking 'oh great here she goes again, trying to sell her products.' Well of course you're not wrong, but it's not my primary purpose. My primary purpose is to share with as many people as possible just what Younique is. Why it is. How it came to be. What the mission of Younique is. Along the way of course I'm going to be trying to interest you in purchasing our products, but it won't be in a way you've come to know and expect from Direct Seller's.

Education is my primary goal for Take Up Make Up University.
You see, I've found that when you know what you're doing and why you're doing something, it becomes a part of you. Something you want to share with others. It's also a major bonus, booster, freebie, whatever you want to call it, to realize that by doing what you're doing, you're helping someone else. So yes, while I hope to inspire you to purchase these products, and maybe even consider joining the Younique Sisterhood, or even host a party, I want to impart what I've learned with you.

So that's it. If you'd like to 'enrol' in my new University, pop me a message on here, on Fabulously Younique, by Kelly on Facebook, or send me a PM.

I hope to see you for our first day on Tuesday May 24th, 2016!

God Bless and Have a Fabulash Day!

New Stuff!

Hello All My Lovelies!

I have a couple of new, exciting projects going! I just have to share with you, it'd be selfish of me not too.

So the first one is a promotion I'm doing just until May 20th, 2016. Depending on response I will offer this one again. I'll bet you're wondering what I'm talking about. Well, I've been offering Pretty Pampered Packages! These are mystery packages of Younique products. A great way to try our products if you haven't already (if you haven't, what the heck are you waiting for?), or some of our products you want to try but haven't had the chance. All packages are surprises designed especially for YOU! *Disclaimer: Due to Younique's Presenter's Agreement I cannot disclose prices publicly. These are very reasonable and to find out more you can contact me through my facebook group Fabulously Younique, by Kelly .

The second one (as if the packages weren't enough!)is still a surprise. But one that will excite you very much. I can guarantee it! How can I? Because I am doing a very poor job of controlling my own excitement and just revealing it now! It's been a tough few weeks getting everything ready and in place. This is going to be incredible! The only things I will tell you now is: It starts May 20th (same day as the packages orders end at 11:59 pm) in the morning, you have to be added so contacting me is imperative, AND no outright selling!

Ok, that's it. I'm getting too excited and I want to spill the beans. Whew! This is tough!

Now that those are out of the way I want to share with you something I've had a rough time with.
I was always very self confident, self assured, and dare I say it, a bit of a show off. Unfortunately my self image didn't match my confidence or assuredness.

I was a classical vocalist so being on the stage and in the forefront in that manner was comfortable. Like every performer, the first few minutes on stage are a terrifying time, but then you get lost in what you're doing and nothing else matters.  But, I'm not like that anymore. Putting myself 'out there' for people to see me scares the crap out of me. I'm doing it though. I've started doing videos and more selfies and you know what? It feels great! I'm regaining what I had lost. Now don't get me wrong, I don't now, nor have I, for a very long time, cared what people think of me; their opinion is their own and it doesn't affect me in the least. When I say 'for people to see me', what I really mean is 'for me' to see me. One thing I've never had is a good self image. With all my scars and now being overweight, I look at myself in the mirror, in a selfie, or even worse, in my videos, and see someone I don't recognize or like the 'look' of. I know I've said several times that I just don't care what people think, and I don't, it's me. My wonderful husband seems to know when I'm feeling down on myself and will walk up behind me and tell me that all HE sees is a beautiful woman. He's the one who's helping me gain that more positive self image. I can look at myself in the mirror and see a beautiful face (after I put my face on) but before the make up I can see a blank canvas that I can use and highlight the most naturally beautiful parts.

I used to have the most stunning eyes, I used to get compliments from strangers out of the blue telling me how captivating my eyes were. As I've aged and things start to be not so 'supple', I've had to accept that those compliments stopped coming so frequently. I'm getting them again! I couldn't figure it out. Don't get me wrong, I love it! I bet you can guess why. I was in a store one day and while waiting in line at the check out, a gentleman turned around to leave and he did a double take. Naturally, I looked puzzled and looked around as he seemed to be looking at me, so I said 'hello'. He just looked at me and said 'I'm sorry I didn't mean to stare, but your eyes are...are...so pretty.' I smiled and said Thank you! Then he left. The lady behind me tapped me on the shoulder and I turned around and she said, 'Oh wow, he was right. How do you get your lashes to look like that? And the colour of your eyes is popping, such a brilliant blue! Please tell me your secret." I thanked her and handed her my business card. I have a steady customer in her.
The point to that story? It took just one comment from a complete stranger to make me realize I'm still the same beautiful woman, I just got better with a little age.

So, if you're feeling like me, in your 40's and your mind still thinks like it's in its 20's but the mirror shows you different, or the compliments aren't as frequent as they used to be; don't worry it's all in your head. You're still as beautiful as you always were and if you don't have someone who can tell you on a regular basis, get a hold of me and I'll be your inner voice from the outside. Because I think you're stunning, and that is no lie. You ARE!

God Bless and have a Fabulash Day!!

CALLING ALL BEAUTIES!!!

Today, May 9th, 2016, Younique revealed one of their most exciting new products.

The Sculpting Trio! What is it you ask? Well, I'm glad you did!

I'm so freakin' excited about this that I stayed up until 1:00 AM (pst) this morning just to make sure I was one of the first to get this new product!

So what is the Sculpting Trio?

The Sculpting Trio is a palette of 3 shades of contour and highlighting cream and powder.
This palette comes in 3 shades. Light, Medium, and Dark.

So how do you know which one is right for you?

Well, if you use Scarlet, Organza, Velour, or Taffeta, foundation your palette would be Light.
If you use Chiffon, Satin, or Cashmere, your palette would be Medium.
If you use Velvet, Charmeuse, or Cypress, your palette would be Dark.

So what's so great about these palettes?

These palettes are made up of 1 Contour Cream, 1 Highlight Powder, and 1 3D Cream. Now you're wondering what are these creams, right?

The Contour Cream is a velvety-cream-to-powder formula. This adds great definition and an amazing colour pay off. This cream is not like our cream foundation. It's actually quite difficult to tell by touch if it is a powder or a cream. It's beautiful and light. It is a buildable formula for a soft look or a more defined contour. It is infused with Sunflower Oil and Vitamin E.

The Highlight Powder is a slightly iridescent mineral powder that brightens for a natural-looking glow. This powder has a high refractive index that creates a radiant  'soft focus' effect. It is also a moisturizing powder with a velvety texture.

The 3D Cream is a luxurious satin-like cream for accentuating and highlighting. It is packed with light-reflecting pearl-based ingredients that will draw attention to your favourite features. This cream creates a sheer, shimmery, and dewy glow. This cream is best applied with your ring finger as the warmth of your skin helps the cream 'melt' for effortless application and maximum blendability.

You want to know more? Ok, I'll tell you!

This Sculpting Trio is paraben and fragrance-free and pairs perfectly with all of Younique's foundation products. One of the things I love about this palette is that the places to put each shade is marked with a fully attached instruction guide. Over the colours, is a plastic sheet with 3 ladies faces. Each face shows you where you use that shade on your face. This sheet is firmly attached to the inside of the palette so you can't lose it and forget which shade goes where! I love that! I'm one of those ladies that reads instructions once or twice and then throws them away 'because I'm not going to forget how to use this.' Yeah right! Happens every time. So this way, I can't do that and I'll never forget where to put what shade where. Ingenious! By the way, did I mention with this Sculpting Trio you get (for May only) our new Highlight and Contouring Brush for FREE?! You do! And as always our Kudos is *while supplies last. So don't hesitate let's get you on the road to highlighting and contouring like a pro!

Well, that's my beauty announcement for today. Come check it out on my website HERE. It's under the Kudos tab. Or you can connect with me on Facebook at Fabulously Younique, by Kelly .

Go out and have an absolutely Fabulash Day!

How Do You Choose?

I went shopping yesterday. I needed to pick up a few things and remembered that I really wanted to do a mascara comparison. There's one that I see commercials for all the time (ok there's tons, but this one in particular) and it promises to do the same thing, or more, than my Younique 3D Fiber Lash+ Mascara. My mascara promises you 400% increase in volume and length as well as nourishing your own natural lashes. The competing brand (sorry I don't give out names.) promises 12x the length and volume of your lashes, too. I'm thinking it's pretty much the same promise.

So I did a comparison today. I put my Younique on my right eye (in the picture it's labelled left) and the other one on my left eye. The picture clearly shows that the Younique is much better and delivers on its' promise better than the other brand.

To avoid any confusion, I put 2 coats of the Younique on and 2 coats of the competitor. Even steven. I will say that the water resistance is comparable to the Younique's. However, I'm finding this competitor brand to be quite heavy feeling. I'm not used to feeling my mascara anymore because the Younique is pretty much weightless. This particular brand is not weightless.

Comparison:
Younique
Weightless
Water Resistant
All Natural
No Animal Testing
No Flaking
Delivers on Promise

Other Brand
Heavy
Water Resistant
Contains Chemicals
Company Tests on Animals
No Flaking
Does Not Deliver On Promise (In my opinion)

I could go on but I think you get the idea. Overall, I think my biggest issues with the competitor are the heaviness, the chemicals, and the animal testing. If this company were a DS company, I couldn't, in good conscience, represent them.

Also to be fair, the competitor's mascara did take much less time to apply as it is only one step and for someone with tremors this is a big benefit.

What are the criteria you use to choose your cosmetics? Above you see some of mine.

Thanks for reading and stay tuned for more.

The Truth About Network Marketing

I read this on a fellow direct seller's status and thought it should be shared. I like what it says and I measure my success in the meeting of my personal goals.

I would love to help more people meet their goals too.

*No work at home scheme is more misunderstood and demonized than network marketing. At its best, network marketing is seen as unimportant mommy-businesses or something strange uncle Bob does to find his fortune. At its worst, network marketing is perceived as being full of greedy snake oil salesman and shysters. However, once you get past the old attitudes and misconceptions, network marketing is a viable way to start a part-time/full-time home-based business.

* Myth #1: Network marketing is an illegal pyramid.

Truth: In the illegal pyramid test, the shape of an organization does not determine the legality. If it did, most businesses and organizations, including the government, would be illegal because all have a pyramid structure.

An illegal pyramid scheme provides no products or services, and pays according to the number of recruits. Legal network marketing programs offer products or services that are sold to consumers.

* Myth #2: Only the guy at the top makes money.

Truth: This argument more accurately describes a "job". How often does a minimum wage worker become the CEO?  In good network marketing companies, members can make any amount regardless of where they are in the organization. Income is related to effort not position.

* Myth #3: Network marketing uses people.

Truth: Success in network marketing comes from helping others reach their goals. A person cannot earn income off the efforts of their recruits without investing time in earning an income as well. Admittedly, some network marketers see recruits as dollar signs, but those people are not as successful as those who are genuine in their effort to help their recruits do well.

*Myth #4: Eventually the program will get saturated.

Truth: Saturation is impossible because there is never a finite number of people. Everyday people are born or turn 18, thereby adding new potential network marketers to the pool. Tim Sales, in Zig Ziglar's Network Marketing for Dummies, offers the best argument against the saturation myth. He asks, "Do you know anyone who doesn't have a refrigerator? No. That doesn't stop GE from selling more of them."

*Myth #5: Network marketing doesn't work.

Truth: According to the Direct Selling Association, in 2013 the direct sales industry grossed $31.63 billion in retail sales in the United States. Worldwide that number increases to $100 billion according to Zig Ziglar's book Network Marketing for Dummies. These numbers indicate that network marketing can work. Success or failure has less to do with network marketing itself and is instead determined by the amount of effort one puts into the business. Many Blogger, Ebayers, and other home business owners don't do well or quit too, but you don't hear people saying blogging and ebay don't work.

*Myth #6: No one really gets rich in network marketing.

Truth: It's true that not everyone succeeds in network marketing. The 2 - 10% of network marketers earning big money are the same 2 - 10% who work consistently on their businesses. But getting rich shouldn't be how network marketing is judged. If getting rich is the measure of success, then the majority of employees in traditional jobs are big failures. Instead, network marketing should be judged by the number of people who reach their goals. Many people in network marketing find success when they earn enough to stay home with the kids or pay off debt.

Did You Know...

That I, just a regular, stay at home mum, has an International Business?
People are noticing!
Do you know people in France, Australia, Germany, Mexico, England, or New Zealand?
And of course we can't forget Canada and the good ol' US of A!
Would they love getting their own make up at a great discount?
Would they feel successful, fulfilled, empowered, uplifted, and validated knowing they
helped others do the same?
Then let's talk!

At 12:01 AM this morning, Younique launched in France! In only 47 minutes our Triple Digits Club was filled! The Triple Digits Club is the first 999 people to sign up as Younique presenters in their country. 47 minutes! That's how crazy fantastic this company is!

This little make up company has grown so fast since it's inception that they are the fastest growing Direct Sales Cosmetics company anywhere!
They have an amazing compensation plan! What other job can you do and get paid within 3 hours of closing your sale? What other job pays you like this AND let's you be your own boss? You decide when; you decide where; you decide how; you decide appropriate attire for your business because you don't have to leave home if you don't feel like it!

There, that's the official stuff to share. Here's my own experience. (again)
I am feeling so powerful. I have never felt so validated, secure in my knowledge that I am doing something not only for my family but for me! I'm not being selfish either. When you're a mum everyone tells you to make sure you 'put you first', 'take care of yourself', 'your family won't benefit from you if you're not here'; but when you do go ahead and do something for yourself you're called selfish. FORGET THAT CRAP! You do deserve to do something for you. I love what I do. I love the products I use and that's why I share them with you. I'm not exaggerating when I say that I can get up in the morning feeling awful but when I do my make up, instantly, yes instantly, I feel better. I look at myself in the mirror and tell myself that there is nothing I can't do. Why? Well people who know me will tell you I've always been unique, but now...I'm YOUnique, and I've never felt better about myself.

I'm helping my family, but I'm helping me too.

Do you want to feel the way I feel? Do you want to get out of your 9 - 5 daily grind? This is no get quick rich scheme; it's a business, and we all know that you only get out of a business what you put into it.

Let's talk. I can help you.

Have a Fabulash Day!

Welcome...

To Fabulously Younique with Kelly!

I decided that instead of hijacking my adoption blog I would start a new blog about Younique.

March 1st, 2015 I made a life changing decision. This is what I did:

Happy New Year!

So, 2015 held a lot of changes for me and my family. Some were good, some were great, some were down right bad!

One of the great one's was (you can tell by the title. teehee) I started my own business. Why is this great you ask? Well, let me share with you my journey.

Around October 2014 a really great friend of mine started a little home based cosmetics business. She told me about it and I thought ok I'll buy her mascara (I don't wear mascara) give it a try. It's all natural and I love what it's doing for her lashes. I want to support her. She is after all family. So I bought it. I tried it. I didn't do a very good job. But I didn't give up. This mascara is a 3 step process. Gel, fibre, gel. So I asked my friend to put it on me so I could see what it could really do for my pretty much invisible lashes. She did. HOLY SMOKERINO'S! I had long, full, beautiful lashes like I'd never seen before! And the best part, I could still wear my glasses and not have mascara all over them. She showed me a little trick to curl my lashes. Use the blow dryer! You put your gel, fibre, gel on and then use your blow dryer under your eyes (on low heat) waving it gently back and forth and your lashes curl up! No beautiful, full, long lashes touching my glasses! AWESOME! I was hooked.

So, a few months later this same friend was having an online party and I joined and played some games, won a few prizes, but more than that I was researching the company. I had a desire to contribute to my family's finances but couldn't find a way. I was homeschooling, doing private peer support for different adoptive families, and running around for doctors appointments, therapy appointments, school functions (not all my kids are home schooled) and run the house. So, you can see that going to work outside my home wasn't going to fit in the schedule. But I was bored. I had a longing to be useful. I wanted to work, but I wanted it to mean something. I looked into going back to school to get my degree, but I don't have the money for that so I was lost. Then my friend's online party. She had a game going to get points and there were several activities to do to try to win. I'm a competitor. I don't like to lose, especially if there's a way I can win.  One of the activities was to sign up to sell this mascara. (the company sells a lot more than mascara.) I had actually toyed with the idea but because my friend sold it, and we run in most of the same circles, live in the same town, I just figured it probably wasn't a good idea. Besides direct sales scares me. I've never done anything like this before. So I asked her what she thought. To my surprise she said she'd love to have me on her team. So I took the leap of faith. I'm doing alright today. But I want to do great. I'm a competitor.

So, I joined Younique. A brand new (just turned 3 years old) cosmetics and skin care company that was started by a brother and sister team. Based out of Utah, they decided that the cosmetics and skin care had to be beneficial. Not just to finances but to skin as well. So they have gone through all hoops to make sure they are 100% qualified and certified to call their lines all naturally based. Not only does this stuff make you look fantastic (it has the ability to just enhance your natural beauty and make you forget you put make up on) but it also makes you feel fantastic. Which is good! Seeing as how the company's mission is to uplift, empower, and validate women globally, while providing them with the opportunity for personal growth and financial reward.  Moreover, they created the Younique Foundation. A place for women and children who have been abused to go and feel safe and receive help. It's also the fastest growing direct sales cosmetics company in the world. So when you put it all together, how can you say no to the opportunity. This company provided me with everything I wanted, including a family of over 200 000 sisters that are there for me day and night. The ability to contribute to my family, help others, share these incredible products, and offer others the same opportunity that I was given. The almost best part? I'm my own boss! I work when I want, where I want (because we are primarily online), and how I want. It's awesome!

I've had people tell me that it's silly for me to call my business a business, or that I should just get a real job, that what I'm doing is just a silly little hobby. Really? When's the last time you put in an hour's work and got paid minimum 20% (starting percentage) commission inside of 3 hours of your sale? Oh, you have to wait for a pay cheque? That must really bite. Can you buy your own product and get paid to do it? I can. So to those people I say, have a nice work week, I'll call you from Mexico.
Wait? What? Didn't I tell you? Younique gives us the opportunity to earn a free trip to every year? Your company, the one where you have a real job, doesn't offer incentive trips? What about car bonuses? Birthday bonuses? Do you have to meet a quota every month? You do? I'm sorry to hear that. It must be a lot of pressure. Well if you ever want to change your life, let me know, because I think you'd be a rockstar with Younique, Imagine you and me on a cruise to Cozumel. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh T S
